All submissions for workshop articles (if it applies) must be in English, the only official language of the conference.

The place of publication and the system of submission of works has not been defined yet. This information will be published as it becomes available.

Submission guidelines will be the same for all workshops and will be as described in the “Call for Workshop Papers”, which will be included on the conference website. For more information, review the detailed information of the workshop of your interest. However, these could change depending on the place of publication.

All submitted workshop research articles must be peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers.

Only contributions not submitted elsewhere or currently under review will be considered.

Only accepted and presented contributions presented at the conference workshops will be considered for publication.

Only in-person presentations are accepted (not remote or virtual).

If your paper is accepted for publishing, at least one of the authors must be registered in the conference.
