Elvis Rojas

“He graduated as a systems engineer from the National University of Costa Rica. He completed his master’s studies in Computer Science, specializing in Telematics, at the Costa Rica Institute of Technology in 2009. Later, in 2022, he achieved a Ph.D. in Engineering from the same institution, focusing on fault tolerance in high-performance computing systems. His research interests encompass resilience in HPC systems, distributed deep learning, and parallel programming within AI environments. These studies have been showcased both nationally and internationally, spanning countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Spain, France, and Germany. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Mr. Rojas has been an integral part of the computer science department at the National University’s Brunca Regional Campus.”
