is an Associate Professor in Universidad de Antioquia at Medellin, Colombia. With experience in Information Technology Management and Digital Transformation. She received a Ph.D. degree in systems engineering and computer science, a master’s degree in engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering. Currently is a Senior Researcher at the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation of Colombia. Her research interests include smart cities, information technology management, data governance, enterprise architecture, and IT project management.
