Bio

Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (IME) in 1990 and obtained a Master´s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasília (UnB) in 1997, with a focus on automation and control. His career transitioned from engineering to public administration, culminating in a postgraduate degree in public administration in 2017. Initially, Guilherme worked in the telecommunications sector, focusing on the development of hardware and software for testing equipment for sixteen years.

For the past eleven years, Guilherme has been employed as an Infrastructure Analyst in federal government, particularly within the Ministries of Communications and Science, Technology, and Innovation. His responsibilities have included developing public policies for the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and semiconductor sectors, managing the ICT Law and the Support Program for Technological Development of the Semiconductor Industry (PADIS), and overseeing research and development projects. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director of the Department of Incentives for Digital Technologies, emphasizing his role in advancing technological development in Brazil.
